Day 1
Upon arrival in Cairo our representative who will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage will greet you. Transfer from the airport via private A/C car or mini-bus to your hotel for check in and overnight

Day 2
The day starts with a tour of the Egyptian museum. Next is a visit to Old Coptic Cairo to visit the Greek monastery of St. George, St. Sergius church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. In the afternoon is a visit to the Khan El Khalili bazaar district. Return to hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 3
The day starts with a guided tour in Giza to visit the legendary majestic Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerionos to view these spectacular man-made monumeour. Afterwards a tour of the great Sphinx; guarding the Royal Burial Chambers and temple of Cheops. Return to hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 4
Breakfast and check out of hotel. Transfer to airport and board flight to Aswan. Arrive early morning in Aswan and transfer to cruise ship - your home for the next 3 days. Embarkation before lunch. Overnight onboard cruise ship in Aswan.

Day 5
Visit the High Dam and Temple of Philae. Sail to Kom Ombo. Arrive in Kom Ombo and visit the temple dedicated to Sobek the Crocodile God and Haroeris the winged God. Continue sailing to Edfu. Overnight onboard

Day 6
Visit the Temple of Horus. Continue sailing to Esna and cross the locks. Continue sailing to Luxor. Overnight onboard in Luxor.

 Day 7
Disembarkation and full day guided tour in Luxor visiting the West Bank including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Memnon Colossi. In the evening transfer to the rail station to board a 1st class SLEEPER train and overnight in Train (Dinner & Breakfast served in train).

Day 8
Arrive in Cairo, Transfer to your hotel and check in. This day is free for leisure and independent activities. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 9
Breakfast and check out of hotel. Assisted transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure.

Day 1 Cairo
Welcome to Cairo, the city of the mysterious pyramids and pharaohs, tombs and temples and more than 6000 years of history. Arrival transfer from the airport to our hotel in Cairo. In the afternoon our tour leader will meet you to brief about the next days of your journey.

Day 2 Cairo
Today we will first visit the Giza Plateau to explore the world famous pyramids of Cheops, Chepren and Mycrenos. In the afternoon we will head our way to Sakkara, the first capital of ancient Egypt, famous for its step pyramid built by King Zoser in 2700 B.C. In the evening we'll board the overnight train to Aswan.

Day 3 Aswan, Nile Cruise
After breakfast we'll board our Nile cruise boat to sail on the Nile. We'll sail around the Elephantine and Kitchener Islands and cruise to Komombo, where we'll stay overnight in our cruise boat (all meals included).

Day 4 Nile Cruise - Komombo, Edfu, Luxor
After breakfast our tour leader will take us to Komombo to visit the temple which was built during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods. The temple is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris. After lunch we'll cruise to Edfu to visit the largest and best preserved temple in Egypt : Edfu Temple. The temple is dedicated to the falcon god Horus and was built over a 180-year period from 237 BC to 57 BC. In the afternoon we will cruise to Luxor, where we'll stay overnight in our cruise boat (all meals included).

Day 5 Nile Cruise, Luxor
Today we'll cruise to Luxor and visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak on the East Bank of Luxor. After exploring the Temple of Luxor, which is dedicated to the god Amun, we'll proceed to the Temple of Karnak, one of the most important religious centres in the ancient Egypt. In the evening we'll join a Galabia Party including a traditional dinner.

Day 6 Nile Cruise, Luxor, Cairo
After breakfast we'll disembark our cruise boat at the West Bank of the Nile and start our discovery with the Valley of the Kings, "the city of the Dead", where magnificent tombs were carved into the desert rocks, decorated richly, and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the Pharaohs. Rising out of the desert plain in a series of terraces, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut will be our next stop. Today we will also visit Colossi of Memnon before boarding our overnight train to Cairo.

Day 7 Cairo
Our journey will continue with a visit to one of the most important museums in the world, the Egyptian Museum, which houses more than 100.000 relics of ancient Egypt. Today we'll also discover the Citadel of Saladin, Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Hunging Church and the world famous Kahn El Khalili bazaar.

Day 8 Cairo
Breakfast, Rest of the day free till departure transfer.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival Cairo International Airport , you will be met by our representative and assist you through customs formalities then transfer to your booked hotel . In the evening, enjoy an optional dinner cruise on the Nile whilst watching a traditional folklore show.

Day 2:
Breakfast. Visit the great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions. Cheops is the most colossal ever built. Next is a close-up look at Sphinx - a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. after visit the Egyptian Museum which contains the fabulous treasures of Tut-Ankamon specially the solid golden masque and the golden coffer then proceed to the old city of Cairo to visit the Hanging church, then proceed to visit the citadel of Saladin and Mohamed Ali mosque in the late after noon visit to the famous Khan El Khalili market.

Day 03:
morning . at leisure, time to relax by the pool or to do some shopping in the many bazaars. In the evening a chance to take an optional excursion to see the fantastic Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids.

Day 04:
Optional Tour to Alexandria .
Depart your Cairo hotel for the 2.5 - 3 hour drive to Alexandria, the city founded by Alexander the Great in 312BC which was the capital of Graeco-Roman Egypt. Your first stop is the Catacombs of Kom ash-Shuqqafa, a Roman burial site which has a family tomb that shows the merging of Egyptian and Roman art and architecture. Descend below ground to visit the tomb as well as Caracalla Hall, which you will learn was incorrectly named as such. Back above ground, continue to Pompey's Pillar, a 82 foot (25 meter) granite column built to honor Emperor Diocletain who freed the besieged city and brought food to the starving people. Maintaining the Roman theme, the next site your guide will show you is the Roman Amphitheater, possibly the best preserved Roman site in Egypt. As well as the original amphitheater, the site also has the remains of a Roman street and homes. After lunch you will visit the famous Alexandria Library. After centuries of neglect the library has been rebuilt and the great books of the world returned. In contrast to the ancient architecture found throughout Egypt, the Norwegian designed building is a striking piece of modern design. Inside, more than 4.2 million books can be found from throughout the ages with the number continually growing. A copy of every book published is kept at the library making it one of the great literary sites in the world. Alexandria Library also houses several exhibitions relating to the history of Egypt and a display of rare antique books (additional cost).In the afternoon you will return to Cairo with a rest stop along the way if required.
in the evening Transfer to Cairo Train Station for Sleeper Train to Aswan .

Day 05:
Arrive Aswan , you will be met by our representative and transfer to your booked nile cruise. excursion to the High Dam, the Old Granite Quarries and the Unfinished Obelisk. There is also a trip by boat to the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and occupying a picturesque location on an island. overnight on Board.

Day 06:
Early Morning Sail to Edfu via Komobo. After Breakfast , visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus and the largest, most preserved temple in Egypt. Afternoon set sail for Luxor . Overnight on Board

Day 07:
Arrive Luxor, An early morning start crossing over to the West Bank of the Nile to visit The Valley of the Kings, (for an extra charge you can visit the Tomb of Tutanhkhamun, see your guide for more details), Hatshepsut's Temple and Colossi of Memnon. Afternoon visit Luxor & Karnak Tempels.
 In the evening a chance to take an optional excursion to see the fantastic Sound and Light Show at Karnak Tempel.

Day 08:
Breakfast , disembark and transfer to the airport for your return flight or continue to your next resort.
